Welcome to our Returns and Refunds Policy page. At Lateral Flow Test, our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. We believe in the quality of our products and want you to have the best possible experience with us.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you received your order. However, due to the sensitive nature of the lateral flow diagnostic self-testing products we sell, items must be in their original unopened, sealed packaging to be considered for a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used test kits, for safety and hygiene reasons. All test kits categorically need to remain in a controlled environment (please see Instructions For Use within each package for details) and once the seal is broken, they are deemed unfit for resale or reuse.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review the request and inspect the package. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Faulty Products
If the item you received is faulty, please email our customer service team: email@example.com making sure to provide full details of the product and the issue.
Our returns policy does not apply to products purchased on sale, during a promotional period, or by any means other than directly from our website.
