Shipping and Delivery Policy
Welcome to our Shipping and Delivery information page. At Lateral Flow Test, we are committed to delivering your purchase of lateral flow diagnostic self-test kits swiftly, securely, and conveniently.
1. UK Shipping
We offer Express Shipping at a fee of £7.95 for a 1 – 2 Next Working Day delivery (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) within the UK.
2. Larger Order Shipping
For larger orders we will provide a bespoke quote from our courier partners, which is dependent on the size of the package and the shipping address.
3. Processing Time
Orders placed before 1 pm on a working day are despatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm or on weekends/bank holidays are despatched on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been despatched.
4. Delivery Issues
In case of any delays or issues with the delivery, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in locating your package or resolving any issues with our courier partners. 5. Shipping Delays due to Postal or Courier Strikes
At Lateral Flow Test, we take pride in our prompt delivery service. However, sometimes shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or courier strikes. These situations often arise without prior notice and can disrupt regular service patterns. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for any delays in delivery due to such strikes, as the shipment process is largely out of our hands once it leaves our fulfilment centre. Rest assured, we will always do our best to provide accurate information and support during these exceptional circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these unforeseen events. 6. Packaging
To ensure the privacy and integrity of the items, all tests are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging.
7. International Shipping
We ship all our products anywhere within the UK and globally too. Please contact us for a bespoke quote for orders that require to be shipped outside the UK.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
